Terms and Conditions

The ‘Terms and Conditions’ are necessary to keep YOU (the client) and me (the provider) safe. Please read and feel free to ask me any questions or rise any concerns that you may have at any time.

By visiting the site and/or deciding to work with me, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the service following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

The services

The service that I provide are based on the goal(s) that YOU want to address specific to your values. You will be asked what these goals are by myself at the start of our sessions. Your safety, wellbeing, progress and satisfaction is the most important for me. Please continue to discuss with me what you want and/or need to obtain from our work during each session. I may ask for your feedback on how you feel our work together is progressing. I really hope you can respond openly and honestly. Continuously, I will follow up on your progress. But it is important that you understand that YOU are the one in charge and YOU are responsible to create the changes that YOU want to. Working toward achieving goals and/or creating changes requires effort and active involvement from YOU.

LIGHT TO FLY does not guarantee what you will experience or how you will feel during or after the sessions. The process may involve discussing about difficult events from the past, thoughts and/or emotions that may make you feel sad, uncomfortable, angry, sad, fearful, anxious, etc. In occasions, I may challenge some of your perceptions or unhelpful assumptions or I may suggest different ways of looking at situations, thinking about specific events, or reacting. I will explain to you the rationale of the proposed techniques before using any of them. If you would like to know more about the approaches I use, I am happy to discuss this with you.



The Single Session duration is approximately 60 minutes including time to settle in to the session as well as finish up the session and leave.

The first 3 sessions, are normally longer sessions such as a 90 minutes (Extended Session). This is my standard practice.

Sessions are typically scheduled on the hour or the half-hour.


Please book your first In this call, we will meet and have a first conversation on the phone (or video call whatever you prefer). I will ask you “What specifically do YOU want?”. I will tell you if I can help you and I will let you know about the anticipated length of the intervention and cost of the proposed sessions. YOU will decide whether you want us to work together.

After the first call, if you decide to work with me, please book your Extended Session here.

Due to the demand for session times, no sessions will be booked in advance until advance payment has been made. It is your responsibility to ensure that you attend the sessions booked in a timely manner.

After the first 3 sessions, we will discuss whether it is more suitable for you to book Extended sessions or Single Sessions.

Please arrive on time for all your appointments, if you do happen to be late, you will only receive the remaining time for that session.

Note that counselling or coaching session are offered via video conferencing or face to face. Online sessions are charged at a 10% discount rate compared to face to face consultations.

Cancellation Policy

If, for some reason you need to cancel or postpone your session, please give at least 24 hours notice so that a cancellation fee does not occur. Otherwise a cancellation fee (50% of the full session fee) will apply.


I have the right to cancel an appointment. Though this is very rare, as much notice as possible will be given. Your session will be re-booked at the next available appointment convenient to you.

If you arrive under the influence of alcohol, drugs or you become abusive or aggressive before or during the session, I reserve the right to cancel that session immediately and that session will still be charged for.

Modifications to Prices and Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

Prices are subject to change.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate account information for all payments. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Privacy Policy

Litigation Limitation

Due to the essence of the therapeutic process involving a full disclosure with regard to matters which may be confidential and private, it is agreed that if there are legal proceedings (such as divorce, custody disputes, injuries, lawsuits, etc.), neither you nor your legal representative, nor anyone else acting on your behalf will call on myself to testify in court or at any other proceeding, nor will a disclosure of the counselling records be requested.

Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances, LIGHT TO FLY will be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, lost data, replacement costs, or any similar damages.

Because some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states or jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.


You agree to indemnify LIGHT TO FLY against any loss, liability, claim, demand, damage or expense (including legal fees) asserted by you or a third party) arising out of a breach of these Terms and Conditions.
