What does Coaching mean?
For me, life coaching is a process where you will maximize your full potential and reach your desired outcomes. I will genuinely support you and at the same time I will challenge you to identify your goals according to your own values. I will hold you accountable in a gentle way and I will provide encouragement throughout your journey to create the life YOU want.

Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP)
NLP is an approach to communication, personal development, and psychotherapy created by Richard Bandler and John Grinder in the United States, in the 1970s. The definition comes from the combination of the three words:
Neuro
The nervous system (the mind), through which our experience is processed via 5 senses:
- Visual
- Auditory
- Kinesthetic (feelings)
- Olfactory
- Gustatory
Linguistic
Language and nonverbal communication systems through which our neural representations are coded, ordered and given meaning:
- Pictures
- Sounds
- Feelings
- Tastes
- Smells
- Words (Self Talk)
Programming
The ability to discover and utilize the programs that we run (our communication to ourselves and others) in our neurological systems to achieve our specific and desired outcomes. These are our behavioral patterns learned through experience.
NLP is a set of techniques and strategies that help to understand how the language we use influences the way we think and the results we get. I can assist you to use the language of the mind to achieve your specific and desired outcomes.
One of the main assumptions of NLP is that ‘map is not the territory’. Map is the mind map, based on our perceptions. The same situation (territory) can be viewed by people differently, leading to misunderstanding and sometimes to conflict. The words we use are NOT the event or the item they represent.
According to one of the NLP’s presuppositions, I always show respect for the other person’s model of the world. And I totally resonate with the NLP’s presupposition that “People are not their behaviors”. Therefore, I will always accept YOU as a person and we will work together to change the behavior (if that is what YOU want).
Time Line Therapy® (TMT)
TLT is a therapeutic process based on the concept that we store our memories in a linear manner in an internal memory storage system. We could use this technique to eliminate the painful emotions (such as anger, sadness, hurt, fear, guilt) attached to events in the past. Using TLT, we will focus on what you can learn from those past events and use the learnings as a resource for the future.
TLT will also enable you to clear limiting beliefs and decisions (such as “I don’t deserve it”, “I am not good enough”) that can prevent you from moving forward and achieving your goals to create the life YOU want.
Created by Dr. Tad James, Time Line Therapy® produces long-lasting transformation very quickly and easily. The process is faster than what is currently called Brief Therapy.
